It is always based on the relationship between the vibration in the mind, which is the source of human creation, and the five major elements that make up the world: sky( space ) , wind, fire, water and soil. I am interested in the relationship between emotions and creativity, the depth and delicacy of human emotions, how they affect color and shape, and the energy of the mind and body. Also, for me, the production itself is a philosophical act. It is rare that an artist today feels the need to do something uncomplicated and simple, but we must cherish it as it is something that is much needed. Originally from Mumbai, I lived, for many years, in the small picturesque town of Kurseong nestled in the Himalayas. Feelings of love, joy and beauty are aroused in me by nature and it is this elation that I try to portray. Having spent over a decade in the Middle East, a very different, but just as picturesque landscape further nurtured my love for nature.
